I'm working on iQpay, where we're creating the digital payment layer that powers the U.S. social safety net.
I grew up in the Southwest (NM + TX) and live in New York City. I studied Medical Anthropology at Harvard under the supervision of Dr. Arthur Kleinman.
Previously, I've researched agricultural policy in New Mexico, founded and led a Super PAC in Pennsylvania, helped to launch the global campaign for the International Anti-Corruption Court, organized with the successful movement for fossil fuel divestment at Harvard, and scaled up an anti-trafficking nonprofit in South Dakota.
I am interested in preventitive care, food security, and how we care for at-risk populations. I also spend ample time pondering the intersections of health(care), the outdoors, and our changing climate.
